AI flow

Day one, day three, day seven. The surgeon hears about the fever on day one.

After a procedure, the patient goes home with a sheet of instructions and a phone number. This flow asks the questions the surgeon would ask, at the times the surgeon set, and routes anything worrying to the surgeon's own phone.

The moment it fires

The procedure note is signed. The check-ins are scheduled.

The days after a day-care procedure are when a small problem is cheap to fix and a missed one is not. Most clinics rely on the patient calling. Patients don't call; they wait, or they go to whoever is nearest at 11 pm.

This flow starts when a procedure is recorded on the visit, with the surgeon's chosen check-in schedule attached to the procedure template. Day 1 asks about pain and fever. Day 3 asks about the wound and asks for a photo if the surgeon wants one. Day 7 confirms the review visit.

Replies are stored on the record. Any reply matching the surgeon's red-flag list (fever above the number they set, bleeding, the word 'pus', a pain score above their threshold) goes to the surgeon or the named on-call staff at once, with the patient's number and the procedure beside it.

What the patient gets

Short questions. Plain answers. A person when it matters.

The patient answers in numbers or a few words. They are told when a person has been informed.

How it works

Trigger, message, reply, record.

  1. 01At discharge

    Trigger

A procedure is recorded on the visit. Its template carries the check-in days, the questions, the red-flag list and who is on call.

  2. 02Day 1, 3, 7 or as set

    Message

On each check-in day, one message from your clinic's number in the patient's language, with an example of how to reply.

  3. 03Within the thread

    Reply

Numbers and short answers are filed. A red-flag match goes to the surgeon or on-call staff immediately. Anything unclear goes to staff.

  4. 04Automatic

    Record

Each reply and photo sits on the record under the procedure. The surgeon sees the full sequence at the review visit.

Settings

Each procedure gets the follow-up its surgeon would give.

Your questions answered.

The things clinics ask first.

No. It asks the questions the surgeon wrote, repeats the discharge instructions the surgeon signed, and tells the patient when a person has been informed. Decisions stay with the surgeon.

Whatever the surgeon puts on the list for that procedure: a temperature above a number, a pain score above a number, or words like bleeding or pus. The list is editable per template.

Check-ins are sent in the hours you set. If a patient replies with a red flag at night, the on-call person you named gets it. The patient is always shown the clinic phone number.

To the patient's record, under the procedure, with the date. They are visible to the treating surgeon and to staff with the right role, and nowhere else.

It is built for patients who go home the same day or the next. For longer admissions the check-ins start from the discharge date you record.
