Because Saaro's prescriptions are structured rows, not photos of a slip, the refill flow knows exactly when each medicine runs out. The patient gets a nudge, replies R, and the pharmacy or the doctor picks it up from the record.

Two days before the last tablet.
Refills fail in the gap. The patient finishes the strip, means to come in, and starts the medicine again a week later after a phone call to the counter that nobody wrote down. For a BP or thyroid patient that gap is the whole problem.
This flow reads the prescription rows the doctor dictated: drug, dose, frequency, duration. From those it works out when each medicine ends. Two days before, the patient gets a message naming the medicine, the end date, and a single letter to reply.
R asks for a refill. The request goes to the doctor for approval if the medicine needs it, or straight to your pharmacy counter if the doctor marked it repeatable. If a review is due first, the flow says so and offers slots instead.

English or Hindi from the patient's record. Drug names stay as written on the prescription so the pharmacy can match them.
Opt-out
STOP ends refill reminders for that patient and notes it. Refills can still be requested by walking in; the record is unchanged.
Escalation to staff
Requests for review-first medicines go to the doctor. Anything typed in words goes to the staff member you named, with the Rx beside it.

Only the ones marked review-first. Medicines the doctor has marked repeatable go to the pharmacy queue directly, up to the number of repeats the doctor allowed.
The approved refill is sent as a fresh prescription card on WhatsApp with a new Rx number, which any chemist can read. The record is updated either way.
From the prescription rows. A row like '1-0-1 for 30 days' has a start date and a duration, so the end date is arithmetic. If a row has no duration, the flow skips it and tells the doctor.
Yes. Replying R to an old reminder, or sending R to the clinic number, opens a request. Early requests are always sent to the doctor rather than repeated automatically.
