Integrations

Connects to what your clinic already uses.

Saaro doesn't ask a clinic to replace its accountant's software or its payment collection tool. It connects to the ones already in use.

Seven integrations, one record underneath.

Why owned infrastructure matters

Most of this list is standard. WhatsApp isn't.

ABDM, Razorpay, Google Calendar and Tally are integrations in the ordinary sense — Saaro talks to a system you already have an account with. WhatsApp is different: Lumotis owns SaroConnect, its own WhatsApp Business Solution Provider infrastructure, rather than reselling access through a third-party BSP.

That means patient messaging is bundled into every plan rather than metered per conversation, there's no external template-approval queue slowing down a new reminder flow, and the messaging layer can change as fast as the product does.

Your questions answered.

The things clinics ask first.

No. Integrations you want are configured during onboarding, as part of the demo-to-live process.

Reports and exports can still move by upload and CSV/Tally-compatible export even without a direct integration.

Correct — messaging runs on SaroConnect and is included in every plan, because Lumotis owns the infrastructure rather than paying a third-party BSP per conversation.
