Saaro Health

One patient, one record, whichever branch they walk into.

Saaro runs a clinic chain as one system: a shared patient index, doctors who move between branches, billing that stays separate per location, and a single view for the owner.

The problem

Each branch ends up with its own version of the patient.

When a chain grows one branch at a time, each location ends up with its own register, its own EMR login and its own idea of who the patient is. A patient seen at Malviya Nagar on Monday is a new patient at Vaishali Nagar on Thursday.

The owner then gets numbers by phone at the end of the day, branch by branch, and reconciles them in a spreadsheet at night.

Saaro keeps one patient index for the whole chain. A visit at any branch lands in the same record, and the owner sees every location on one screen without asking anyone.

How it works

Add a branch, map the people, share the index.

  1. 01Ten minutes

    Add the branch

Name, address, GSTIN, timings and its own WhatsApp number if it has one. Invoice series and numbering are set per branch from the start.

  2. 02Role by role

    Map doctors and staff

A doctor who consults at two branches gets one login and two calendars. Front-desk staff see only their own location unless you say otherwise.

  3. 03Once

    Share the patient index

Every branch searches the same patient list. Records from a previous EMR are imported once, into the chain, not separately per branch.

  4. 04Every day

    Watch it from one place

Visits, collections, no-shows and pending reports for every branch on one owner's dashboard, with drill-down by location and doctor.

In the product

The file travels. The patient doesn't have to explain again.

A patient who visited your Jaipur branch and turns up at your Ajmer branch is recognised by phone number or ABHA. The doctor sees the earlier prescriptions, reports and notes as structured rows, not as a photo forwarded on WhatsApp.

Messages to that patient still go from the branch they visited, so replies land with the front desk that knows them.

  • One patient index, matched on phone number and ABHA
  • Per-branch WhatsApp numbers on SaroConnect, our own infrastructure
  • Owner, branch manager, doctor and front-desk roles

Your questions answered.

The things clinics ask first.

Yes. One login, one calendar per branch. Their prescriptions and notes file to the same patient record whichever branch they are at that day.

No, but it can have one. A chain can run every branch from one number or give each branch its own. Either way the numbers sit on SaroConnect, Lumotis's own WhatsApp Business infrastructure, and messaging is bundled into the plan rather than metered.

Yes. Access is role-based and scoped by location. The shared index means the patient is recognised at any branch, but what a staff member can open depends on their role and their branch.

The Chain plan covers 6 to 50 locations and is priced on call. Clinics with 2 to 5 doctors at one location are usually on the Clinic plan at ₹3,999 per clinic per month, billed annually, excluding GST. Patient messaging is included in every plan.

Yes. Records from each system are exported, mapped and imported into one patient index, with duplicates matched on phone number and ABHA. Migration typically takes about two days.
