Lumotis Digital Media is based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Before Saaro, we spent years building messaging and web products for businesses that live on WhatsApp, and we kept meeting the same clinic: a good doctor, a full waiting room, a prescription pad, and a front desk sending follow-ups from someone's personal phone.
The EMRs those clinics had tried were built for typing, and the WhatsApp tools they had tried were rented from a third-party Business Solution Provider and charged per message. Neither was built for an Indian OPD, where the consult is spoken in a mix of Hindi and English and the patient's real address is a WhatsApp number.
So we built the messaging layer ourselves. SaroConnect is Lumotis's own WhatsApp Business Solution Provider infrastructure. Owning it means patient messaging is included in every Saaro plan rather than metered, templates don't wait in someone else's approval queue, and when a message doesn't deliver we can see why without opening a ticket with a vendor.
Saaro is the EMR built on top of that layer, for clinics that see patients in an outpatient queue. It is not a hospital information system and it is not a patient-discovery marketplace. It is the consult, the record, the bill and the follow-up, in one place, for the way Indian OPD actually runs.

The interaction and allergy checks, the specialty templates and the chronic-care check-in scripts go through the same review.
