Five doctors, one record, one calendar, one WhatsApp number.
For clinics with 2–5 doctors under one roof. Every doctor keeps their own templates and their own collections report, and every patient has one record that all of them can see.
The front desk is juggling three diaries and one phone.
A multi-doctor clinic runs on the counter. Two or three doctors have overlapping OPD hours, each with their own way of writing a prescription and their own idea of what a follow-up means. The receptionist books, bills, collects and answers the phone, and the same patient sometimes ends up with two files.
Saaro puts every doctor on one patient record and one calendar. The gynaecologist sees what the physician prescribed last month. The counter raises invoices against the right doctor. At day end, each doctor's collections are already separated, with the clinic's share worked out the way you agreed.
Patients get one WhatsApp thread with the clinic, from the clinic's own number on SaroConnect, whichever doctor they saw. Reminders, prescriptions and reports all arrive in that one thread.
Built for doctors who share a roof but not a style.
One patient index
Search by name, phone or ABHA and find one record, not one per doctor. Every visit, every prescription, every report, in one timeline.

Each doctor dictates in their own style with their own favourites, drug lists and instructions. The record underneath stays structured and shared.
Learn moreShared calendar, per-doctor slots
Overlapping OPD hours, different slot lengths, walk-ins on top of bookings. The counter sees one board and the patient gets one reminder.
Learn moreDoctor-wise billing
Every invoice is tagged to the treating doctor. Day-end and month-end reports split collections by doctor, by service and by payment mode.

Receptionists book and bill without opening clinical notes. Doctors see clinical detail. The owner sees everything, with an audit trail.

Interaction alerts read the whole record, so a prescription from one doctor is checked against what another prescribed last week.

One record, three doctors, no second file.
A patient who sees the physician on Monday and the dermatologist on Thursday has one record. Both doctors see the same allergies, the same current medicines and the same reports, and the counter bills each visit to the right doctor.
The owner's view shows today's OPD across all doctors, what was collected against each, and what is outstanding.

Templates
Each doctor gets a short call to set up their templates, favourite drugs and follow-up defaults. We load the clinic letterhead, fee schedule, doctor share rules and the clinic WhatsApp number.

Migration
We import patients, visits and prescriptions from your current software and merge duplicate files by phone number. A full migration typically takes about two days.

“Each of us prescribes differently and Saaro lets us. What changed is that the counter no longer asks which file is the real one.”

Your questions answered.
The things clinics ask first.
Per clinic. Clinic is ₹3,999 per clinic per month for 2–5 doctors at one location, billed annually and excluding GST. Adding a third or fourth doctor does not change the price.
Yes. Templates, favourite drugs, default instructions and follow-up intervals are set per doctor. The record underneath is shared and structured, so interaction checks and reminders work across all of them.
Only if you allow it. Role-based access lets the counter book, bill and send reports without opening consultation notes. Every view and edit is written to the audit trail.
Every invoice carries the treating doctor. Reports show collections by doctor, service and payment mode for any date range, and can apply the share rules you set up on day one.
No. Messages go from the clinic's one WhatsApp Business number on SaroConnect, our own infrastructure. The message names the doctor, so the patient knows who the reminder or prescription is from.
You move to Chain, which is priced on call for 6–50 locations. The patient record becomes shared across branches, each branch gets its own invoice series, and the owner gets one central dashboard.

- FeaturesPatient recordsA record built from every visit, not a spreadsheet row. Prescriptions, reports, notes and follow-ups sit in one timeline, linked to the patient's ABHA if they have one.
- FeaturesMulti-clinicSaaro runs a clinic chain as one system: a shared patient index, doctors who move between branches, billing that stays separate per location, and a single view for the owner.
- FeaturesBilling & GSTBilling is generated from the consult, not typed in separately. GST-compliant, auto-numbered per branch, and reconciled at the end of the day without a separate spreadsheet.
- FeaturesVoice prescriptionSpeak it in English, Hindi, or your mix of both. Saaro structures the drug, dose and duration, flags interactions, files it to the record and sends it from your clinic's number.
- FeaturesDrug interaction alertsEvery drug you prescribe is checked against the patient's recorded allergies and current medicines. Flags appear while you're still writing, not after.
- AI flowsNo-show recoveryA reminder that only says 'see you tomorrow' tells you nothing. Saaro's reminder asks the patient to reply 1 or 2, moves the appointment inside WhatsApp if they pick 2, and shows your front desk exactly who has gone quiet.
Bring two of your doctors to the demo.
Twenty minutes. We set up both their templates on the call and show the shared record working.
