One patient record across every branch. One dashboard for the people who run them.
For groups with 6–50 locations. Branches bill on their own series, doctors rotate between them, patients get messages from one number, and head office sees the whole network by morning.

Head office finds out what happened at the branches a week later.
A chain's problems are different from a clinic's. Each branch has its own counter, its own habit of numbering invoices and its own version of the patient. A patient who was seen at the Malviya Nagar branch turns up at Vaishali Nagar and starts again from a blank file. Collections arrive as a spreadsheet on Monday, if they arrive.
Saaro gives the chain one patient index. A doctor at any branch opens the same record, with the same allergies, prescriptions and reports. Each branch bills on its own invoice series under its own registration, and the central dashboard shows today's OPD, collections and outstanding amounts for every location as they happen.
Messaging runs from one WhatsApp Business number on SaroConnect, our own infrastructure, so a patient has one thread with your brand no matter which branch they visit. No per-branch messaging vendors, no per-message metering.
Built for a network, not a bigger clinic.
One record across locations
Shared patient index by phone and ABHA. A visit at any branch is filed to the same record, and duplicates are merged on import.

Each location keeps its own invoice series, fee schedule and GST details. Reports roll up by branch, by doctor and by service.

Branch staff see their branch. Rotating doctors see their patients wherever they are. Head office sees everything, with an audit trail of who opened what.

OPD count, collections, no-shows and pending reports for every branch on one screen, with the same numbers the branch sees.

Reminders, prescriptions and reports go out from the group's number, with the branch name in the message. Replies route back to the branch.

Roll out group-wide prescription templates and protocols while each doctor keeps their own favourites and dictation style.

The patient moved branches. The record did not have to.
A patient seen at one branch in August walks into another in September. The doctor there sees the earlier prescription, the pending report and the follow-up that was due, and the counter bills on that branch's series.
Head office sees the visit in the day's numbers within the hour, alongside every other branch.
- Branch on every visit and invoice
- Rotating doctors carry their templates with them
- Same numbers at the branch and at head office

Pilot two branches, then roll out on a schedule you set.

Templates
We set up the group's standard templates, fee schedules, invoice series per branch, roles and the brand WhatsApp number. Doctors add their own favourites on short calls.

Migration
We import each branch's patients, visits, prescriptions and outstanding bills and merge duplicates across branches by phone number and ABHA. Typically about two days per batch of branches.

“Our doctors move between three branches. On Saaro they open the same patient at each one, and I stopped getting calls asking for a file to be sent across.”

The things clinics ask first.
On call, for 6–50 locations, billed annually and excluding GST. The price depends on the number of branches and the migration work involved. Patient messaging is included at every branch, not metered.
Yes. Every branch has its own invoice numbering, fee schedule and registration details. Head office reports roll up across branches without mixing the series.
Yes. A doctor's access follows them, with their own templates and favourites. Branch staff, by contrast, see only their branch. Every access is logged in the audit trail.
One number for the brand, on SaroConnect, our own WhatsApp Business infrastructure. The message carries the branch name and address, and replies are routed to the branch the patient was booked at.
We usually pilot two branches first. Setup is typically within a day per branch and migration about two days per batch, so the full calendar depends on how many branches you bring across at once.
In India, in the Mumbai region. Role-based access controls who can see what, every view and edit is recorded, and consent artefacts and ABHA linking are handled in the record for ABDM.

- FeaturesMulti-clinicSaaro runs a clinic chain as one system: a shared patient index, doctors who move between branches, billing that stays separate per location, and a single view for the owner.
- FeaturesBilling & GSTBilling is generated from the consult, not typed in separately. GST-compliant, auto-numbered per branch, and reconciled at the end of the day without a separate spreadsheet.
- FeaturesPatient recordsA record built from every visit, not a spreadsheet row. Prescriptions, reports, notes and follow-ups sit in one timeline, linked to the patient's ABHA if they have one.
- FeaturesWhatsApp automationSaaro runs on SaroConnect, Lumotis's own WhatsApp Business infrastructure. Reminders, prescriptions, reports and refills go out from your number, patient replies come back to the desk, and messaging is included in every plan.
- FeaturesVoice prescriptionSpeak it in English, Hindi, or your mix of both. Saaro structures the drug, dose and duration, flags interactions, files it to the record and sends it from your clinic's number.
- AI flowsNo-show recoveryA reminder that only says 'see you tomorrow' tells you nothing. Saaro's reminder asks the patient to reply 1 or 2, moves the appointment inside WhatsApp if they pick 2, and shows your front desk exactly who has gone quiet.
