Saaro Health

Every message from your clinic's number. None of them metered.

Saaro runs on SaroConnect, Lumotis's own WhatsApp Business infrastructure. Reminders, prescriptions, reports and refills go out from your number, patient replies come back to the desk, and messaging is included in every plan.

The problem

Most clinic software rents its WhatsApp from someone else.

Behind most EMRs that send on WhatsApp is a third-party business solution provider. The clinic pays the EMR, the EMR pays the BSP, and every reminder carries a per-message cost that shows up later as a cap, a top-up or a surprise on the invoice.

Templates go into an external approval queue. A change to the wording of your follow-up reminder can wait days, and nobody at the EMR can tell you why.

SaroConnect is different because we own the layer. Lumotis is the WhatsApp Business Solution Provider, so messaging is bundled into your plan, templates are managed inside Saaro, and when something needs fixing there is one company to call.

How it works

Connect the number, pick the flows, let the desk stop dialling.

  1. 01Setup day

    Connect your number

Use the clinic's existing number or a new one. Onboarding onto SaroConnect is done with you on the setup call, with your clinic name and logo on the profile.

  2. 02Per clinic

    Choose what goes out

Appointment reminders, prescriptions, reports, refill nudges, follow-up dates, review requests. Each can be on or off, per doctor.

  3. 03Per flow

    Set timing and language

Reminders at 24 hours and 2 hours before. Hindi, English or both. Quiet hours so nothing goes out at 11 pm.

  4. 04All day

    Replies land at the desk

A patient's 1, R or free-text reply appears against their record and in the front-desk inbox, so a person picks up when it matters.

In the product

One thread per patient, with the record on the other side of it.

Every message Saaro sends is written to the patient's record with a delivery state. The front desk sees the same thread the patient sees, and can reply by hand from the same number.

Because SaroConnect is ours, templates are created and edited inside Saaro. There is no external approval queue to wait on when you change a line.

  • Sent, delivered and read states in the record
  • Front-desk inbox for replies and free-text questions
  • Templates edited inside Saaro, without an external approval queue

What the patient gets

The clinic answers on the app they already open all day.

No app to install, no portal login to forget. The reminder, the prescription and the report arrive in the thread with your clinic, and a reply of one character is enough.

Your questions answered.

The things clinics ask first.

SaroConnect is Lumotis Digital Media's own WhatsApp Business Solution Provider infrastructure. Saaro sends and receives WhatsApp messages through it directly, without a third-party BSP in between.

No. Patient messaging is included in every Saaro plan, including Solo at ₹1,499 per clinic per month. There are no message packs or top-ups.

No. You can bring the clinic's existing number, or start with a new one if you would rather keep a personal number personal. Onboarding is done with you on the setup call.

Yes. Templates are created and edited inside Saaro and managed by us on SaroConnect, so you are not waiting on an external approval queue when you change a line.

Yes. Free-text messages land in the front-desk inbox against the patient's record. Staff reply from the same number, and the conversation stays in the record.

A reply of STOP opts them out and the flag shows on their record. Staff can also opt a patient out at the desk. Nothing automated goes to an opted-out patient until they opt back in.
