Your day

You are the doctor, the front desk and the follow-up department.

In a solo practice there is nobody to hand the paperwork to. You see the patient, write the prescription, tell the counter what to bill, and the follow-up depends on whether someone remembers to call. By evening the diary has three names in it that nobody confirmed.

Saaro is built for that shape of clinic. You dictate the prescription, it lands on the patient's WhatsApp from your clinic's number, the invoice is raised at the counter, and the reminder goes out on the date you said, without you doing a second thing.

There is no separate messaging vendor to sign up with, no template queue to wait on and no per-message top-ups. SaroConnect is our own WhatsApp Business infrastructure, and it is included in the Solo plan.

What a solo clinic gets

Everything one doctor needs, nothing that needs an IT person.

In the product

The follow-up happens whether or not you remember it.

When you set a follow-up date in the consult, Saaro books the reminder. The patient gets it a day before on WhatsApp, replies 1 to confirm, and the calendar updates itself.

If they don't turn up, the no-show flow asks them to pick a new slot. You see the reply in the patient's record, not in a separate inbox you have to check.

  • Reminders in the patient's language
  • Replies filed to the record
  • Opt-out handled automatically

Setup

Three days from sign-up to a normal clinic day.

  1. 01Day 1

    Templates

We load your specialty's templates, your letterhead, your consultation fee and your clinic's WhatsApp number. You dictate a few test prescriptions on the call and correct anything that reads wrong.

  2. 02Day 2

    Migration

If your patients live in another EMR or a spreadsheet, we import names, phone numbers, visit history and prescriptions. A full migration typically takes about two days; a name-and-number list takes less.

  3. 03Day 3

    Live

You run a normal OPD. Prescriptions go out on WhatsApp, invoices print from the counter, and the first reminders fire that evening for tomorrow's follow-ups.

One plan for one doctor.

Billed annually. Prices exclude GST. Patient messaging is included in every plan, not metered.

Your questions answered.

The things clinics ask first.

No. Many solo doctors run it from the consult room. The prescription is dictated, the invoice is one tap, and the reminders and follow-ups go out on their own. If you do have a front-desk person, they get their own login with access limited to appointments and billing.

Yes. SaroConnect is Lumotis's own WhatsApp Business Solution Provider infrastructure, so patient messaging is bundled into every plan rather than billed per message. There is no third-party BSP account to open and no external template-approval queue.

Yes. Your clinic's number becomes the WhatsApp Business sender, so patients see the name and number they already know. We set it up with you on day one.

You move from Solo to Clinic at ₹3,999 per clinic per month, which covers 2–5 doctors. Records, templates, invoice numbering and your WhatsApp number carry over unchanged.

Yes. Migration from another EMR typically takes about two days: export, map the fields, import, verify. You can keep the old system running alongside until you are satisfied the data is complete.

Yes. Saaro is hosted in India, in the Mumbai region, with role-based access and an audit trail on every record, and is built for DPDP Act 2023 readiness.
