To send WhatsApp Business messages at any scale, a product needs a Business Solution Provider (BSP): infrastructure that connects to Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, manages message templates, and handles delivery. Almost every clinic software in India resells access to someone else's BSP, then passes the per-message cost to the clinic.
SaroConnect is Lumotis's own BSP infrastructure. Saaro is not a reseller of a third party's connection — it is the connection. That changes three things: cost, speed and control.
