Migration

Move from HealthPlix. Your prescriptions arrive as structured rows, not PDFs.

HealthPlix records are built around the prescription. So is Saaro's import. Drug lines, visits, reports and billing come across in about two days, and patients keep the same number.

What moves

The prescription history is the valuable part. It is also the part that needs the most care.

A doctor who has used HealthPlix for a few years has a prescription history that is worth keeping as data, not as a folder of PDFs. Each prescription carries drug, dose, frequency and duration, and Saaro's refill reminders, interaction checks and chronic-care flows read those rows directly. Importing them as structured lines is the difference between an EMR that knows a patient has been on metformin for three years and one that only holds a picture.

Alongside prescriptions, the export from your HealthPlix account typically includes the patient list with phone numbers, visit dates and notes, vitals, uploaded documents, and whatever billing you ran through it. We map each of those to its place in Saaro and send you the mapping sheet before anything is imported.

Where the export gives us prescriptions only as PDFs rather than data, we import the PDF against the right visit so nothing is lost, and re-structure the most recent prescriptions for chronic patients first, because those are the ones the refill flow will need.

Data checklist

Six data types, and who is responsible for each.

Product means Saaro does it. Clinic means you provide or confirm it. Both means we do it together on the verification call.

  1. Patients

Name, phone, age or date of birth, sex, allergies, existing ABHA number if recorded. We de-duplicate on phone number, so the same patient registered twice becomes one record.

    Saaro handles it
  2. Visits

Consultation date, doctor, complaint, vitals, diagnosis and notes. Each visit sits in the patient's timeline in date order with the prescription attached.

    Saaro handles it
  3. Prescriptions

Structured drug lines become rows in Saaro with drug, dose, frequency (1-0-1 style) and duration. PDF-only prescriptions are attached to the visit and re-structured for active chronic patients first.

  4. Reports

Lab and imaging files are attached to the visit they were uploaded against. Where the link between file and visit is missing, we match on patient and date and you confirm the rest.

  5. Billing history

Consultation fees, receipts and dues are imported so each patient's ledger is complete. GST settings, invoice series and your letterhead are set up fresh in Saaro by you.

    Your clinic
  6. Appointments

Future appointments go into the Saaro calendar. You confirm doctor names and slot lengths, since these often change at the moment of switching.

How it runs

Export, map, import, verify. Two days.

  1. 01Day 1

    Export

You take the export available in your HealthPlix account, or ask their support to prepare one. Upload it through the secure link we send; never over email or WhatsApp.

  2. 02Day 1

    Map

We inspect the files and return a mapping sheet showing where every column lands in Saaro, with prescriptions and reports flagged for your decisions. You approve it.

  3. 03Day 2

    Import

We load the data into your Saaro workspace, de-duplicate on phone, structure drug lines and attach documents to visits. You receive a per-type count summary.

  4. 04Day 2

    Verify

On a call, you open ten to twenty real patients side by side, including your most frequent chronic patients, and check visits, prescriptions, reports and balances match.

Cut-over

Keep HealthPlix open beside Saaro until you stop opening it.

From the OPD session after verification, new visits go into Saaro. HealthPlix stays open read-only for reference. The migration does not delete anything from your HealthPlix account; closing it is a separate decision that you make on your own timing.

Your clinic's WhatsApp number moves onto SaroConnect, Lumotis's own WhatsApp Business Solution Provider infrastructure, during setup. Prescriptions, reports and follow-up reminders go out from the number patients already have saved, with no third-party BSP and no external template-approval queue.

Patients need no explanation. Same number, same clinic name, same thread. The first thing they notice is that the prescription is on their phone before they reach the counter.

Your questions answered.

The things clinics ask first.

No. Data is copied into Saaro; nothing is deleted from HealthPlix. You verify real patients in both systems before cut-over, and the old account stays yours to keep or close.

About two days for a typical clinic: export and mapping on day one, import and verification on day two. A large PDF-only prescription history can add time for re-structuring, which we confirm after seeing a sample.

Yes. Your existing number is onboarded onto SaroConnect during setup. Patients see the same number and the same clinic name.

Published plans are Solo ₹1,499 and Clinic ₹3,999 per clinic per month, billed annually, excluding GST, with patient messaging included. Migration is scoped on the demo call after we have seen a sample export.

Yes. Enter new visits in Saaro and keep HealthPlix open read-only for as long as you find it useful. Most clinics stop opening it within a couple of weeks.
