How clinics actually run their day on Saaro.
Three clinics, three specialties, three ways the same product fits. Each story was written with the clinic and is published with their written permission.
- Written with the clinic
- Published with permission
- No invented numbers
Three clinics, one record each.
Read the one closest to the clinic you run.
- Dermatology
customer 1 clinic, customer 1 city
A dermatology practice where the prescription used to be the slowest part of the visit. Now it is on the patient's WhatsApp before they reach the pharmacy counter.

customer 2 clinic, customer 2 city
A multi-doctor clinic across two locations that stopped phoning the other branch to find out what was prescribed last week.
Read more - Paediatrics
customer 3 clinic, customer 3 city
A paediatric clinic where vaccination and follow-up reminders now go out whether or not anyone at the front desk remembers to send them.

Stories are published only with the clinic's written permission.
Each story is written after a conversation with the doctor and the front desk, and is sent back to the clinic for corrections before it goes live. Names, clinic names and cities appear only when the clinic has agreed to them in writing.
You will not find percentages, time savings or patient counts in these pages. Where a clinic has agreed to share a specific figure, it appears with the clinic's name against it and the date it was verified. Otherwise the story describes what changed in the day, not a number we can't stand behind.
If you run a clinic on Saaro and would like your story here, write to contact email.

The things clinics ask first.
Yes. Each story is written with the clinic and published only with their written permission. Where a clinic prefers not to be named, the story is held back rather than anonymised.
Because we don't publish a figure we can't verify. If a clinic agrees to share a specific result, it appears with the clinic's name and the date it was checked. The stories describe what changed in the day.
Often, yes. Ask on the demo call and we'll check with the clinic. Reference calls happen only with the clinic's agreement and on their schedule.

- FeaturesVoice prescriptionSpeak it in English, Hindi, or your mix of both. Saaro structures the drug, dose and duration, flags interactions, files it to the record and sends it from your clinic's number.
- FeaturesMulti-clinicSaaro runs a clinic chain as one system: a shared patient index, doctors who move between branches, billing that stays separate per location, and a single view for the owner.
- FeaturesWhatsApp automationSaaro runs on SaroConnect, Lumotis's own WhatsApp Business infrastructure. Reminders, prescriptions, reports and refills go out from your number, patient replies come back to the desk, and messaging is included in every plan.
- AI flowsNo-show recoveryA reminder that only says 'see you tomorrow' tells you nothing. Saaro's reminder asks the patient to reply 1 or 2, moves the appointment inside WhatsApp if they pick 2, and shows your front desk exactly who has gone quiet.
- SolutionsMulti-doctor clinicFor clinics with 2–5 doctors under one roof. Every doctor keeps their own templates and their own collections report, and every patient has one record that all of them can see.
