Dental work does not fit a one-visit prescription. An RCT runs over sittings, a crown goes to the lab and comes back, an implant is staged over months, and the patient pays in parts. A general EMR gives you a prescription pad for all of that. What you actually keep is a tooth chart, a treatment plan and a diary of who owes what.
Saaro's dental template starts from the tooth chart. You mark the tooth in FDI notation, choose the procedure, and the plan lays out the sittings. Each sitting has its own note, its own invoice line and its own follow-up date, and the lab job for that tooth is tracked from impression to fit.
The patient gets what matters on WhatsApp from your clinic's number: post-extraction instructions, the next sitting's date, and six months later the scaling recall. Nothing to install, and the message comes from a number they recognise.

The extraction instructions arrive before the numbness wears off.
After an extraction the patient gets the do's and don'ts on WhatsApp in the language you set, the analgesic prescription as structured rows, and the review date. If you booked a suture removal, that reminder is already queued.
Six months later the recall goes out on its own. The patient replies 1, and the slot is booked.

Yes. The chart uses FDI two-digit notation by default, with surfaces marked per tooth. Findings, planned work and completed work are colour-coded, and the primary dentition is available for paediatric patients.
Yes. You can take an advance against an implant or orthodontic course, bill each sitting as it happens, and see the balance against the plan. Every payment is a GST invoice in your clinic's series.
Each lab job is recorded against the tooth: the lab, the item, the shade, the date sent and the expected return. When it is marked received, the fit appointment can be booked and the patient gets the reminder on WhatsApp.
Yes. Instruction sets for extraction, RCT, implant and scaling are saved per procedure in the languages you choose. They go out from your clinic's WhatsApp number on SaroConnect, our own infrastructure.
Yes. IOPA and OPG images are attached against the tooth or the visit, so they sit next to the chart entry they belong to and can be shared with the patient on WhatsApp.
We export patients, treatment histories, pending plans and balances, map them to the tooth chart and import. Typically about two days, and you can run the old system alongside until you are satisfied.
