The X-ray is in the record. The implant is on file. The suture removal is already booked.
An orthopaedic record with imaging against the visit, implant details logged at surgery, fracture and post-op follow-up schedules, and instructions the patient reads on WhatsApp from your clinic's number.
A fracture is a six-week schedule and a folder of X-rays.
Orthopaedic OPD is heavy with images and dates. Every fracture has a cast check, a repeat X-ray and a removal. Every surgery has a wound check, suture removal, a physiotherapy referral and an implant whose details you will need years later. The patient carries the films in a plastic bag and the follow-up dates on a slip that gets lost.
Saaro's orthopaedic template puts the X-ray, MRI or CT against the visit it was taken for, with the previous film a tap away. Implant name, size, manufacturer and lot number are recorded at surgery and stay searchable. Fracture and post-op protocols lay out the follow-up dates the moment you choose the injury or procedure.
The patient gets the cast care or wound care instructions, the analgesic prescription and each follow-up reminder on WhatsApp from your clinic's number on SaroConnect, our own infrastructure. Range-of-motion and pain scores at each visit build the recovery trend in the record.
Built for imaging, implants and schedules.

After a procedure the patient gets wound care instructions in the language you set, the analgesic prescription as structured rows, and the suture removal date. Reply 1 confirms it.
A check-in goes out at the interval you choose. A reply that mentions fever, discharge or pain that is getting worse is flagged to you; a fine reply closes the loop.

As images and reports attached to the visit and the injury in the patient's record, hosted in India in the Mumbai region. The previous film is shown alongside for comparison, and any image can be shared to the patient on WhatsApp.
Implant name, size, manufacturer, lot number and the date and procedure it was used in, against the patient. It is searchable, so a query about a specific implant or lot is one search across your records.
Yes. Protocols are loaded on day one with your intervals for cast checks, repeat X-rays, suture removal and physio start. You can change them per patient at the visit.
A message goes to the patient at the interval you set, from your clinic's number on SaroConnect, our own infrastructure. Replies are filed to the record, and replies that mention the escalation keywords you chose are flagged to you.
Yes. If the physiotherapist is in your clinic, the sessions are booked and billed from the same record. If outside, the referral note and the relevant imaging can be shared from the record.
As its own line item on the procedure invoice, so the patient and the insurer see the implant separately from the surgeon's fee, consumables and casting. Advances and balances are visible at the counter.

- FeaturesPatient recordsA record built from every visit, not a spreadsheet row. Prescriptions, reports, notes and follow-ups sit in one timeline, linked to the patient's ABHA if they have one.
- FeaturesVoice prescriptionSpeak it in English, Hindi, or your mix of both. Saaro structures the drug, dose and duration, flags interactions, files it to the record and sends it from your clinic's number.
- FeaturesWhatsApp automationSaaro runs on SaroConnect, Lumotis's own WhatsApp Business infrastructure. Reminders, prescriptions, reports and refills go out from your number, patient replies come back to the desk, and messaging is included in every plan.
- FeaturesBilling & GSTBilling is generated from the consult, not typed in separately. GST-compliant, auto-numbered per branch, and reconciled at the end of the day without a separate spreadsheet.
- FeaturesDrug interaction alertsEvery drug you prescribe is checked against the patient's recorded allergies and current medicines. Flags appear while you're still writing, not after.
- AI flowsNo-show recoveryA reminder that only says 'see you tomorrow' tells you nothing. Saaro's reminder asks the patient to reply 1 or 2, moves the appointment inside WhatsApp if they pick 2, and shows your front desk exactly who has gone quiet.
See the post-op flow on your own procedures.
Twenty minutes. We load your protocols and follow-up intervals before the call.
