Photographs are stored in the patient's record in India, in the Mumbai region, tagged by site and date. Access follows the same roles as the rest of the record, and consent for photography is captured before the first photograph and kept with it.
Yes. The timeline shows photographs by site, and you can open two dates side by side in the record to show the patient the change.
You define the package with its session count, interval and price. Each session is marked done in the record, the next reminder is scheduled at the interval, and the invoice shows the balance against the package.
Yes. Each line carries its own tax treatment, so a consultation line and a procedure line can sit on one invoice with the correct GST applied per line. Your accountant sees them separated in the reports.
