The order goes out structured. The report comes back the same way.
Send an order to a partner lab from the consult, and the result files back to the same visit — flagged if a value is abnormal, ready for the patient on WhatsApp.

One order, one report, one place it lives.
Ordering a test from the consult sends the patient and test details to your partner lab directly, instead of a handwritten slip that has to be re-typed on the lab's end. When the result is ready, it returns into the same patient visit it was ordered from.
Saaro connects with partner lab list. If your usual lab isn't on that list, reports can still be uploaded manually and filed to the visit the same way.
What moves between the clinic and the lab.
Structured orders
Test, patient and clinic details sent electronically, not on a paper slip.
Auto-filed reports
Results return directly into the patient's timeline against the right visit.
Abnormal flags
Out-of-range values are highlighted for the doctor before the next visit.
Patient delivery
The finished report is sent to the patient on WhatsApp automatically.
Your questions answered.
The things clinics ask first.
Yes. Order any lab you like; reports from non-partner labs are uploaded manually and filed the same way.
Yes, by default, unless a doctor turns that off to discuss the result first.
Both, where the partner lab supports electronic report return; imaging files attach the same way as pathology reports.

- FeaturesLab integrationOrder a test from the consult, and the report comes back attached to the same visit — flagged if a value is out of range, and sent to the patient on WhatsApp the moment it's ready.
- FeaturesPatient recordsA record built from every visit, not a spreadsheet row. Prescriptions, reports, notes and follow-ups sit in one timeline, linked to the patient's ABHA if they have one.
Tell us your lab on the demo call.
We'll confirm what's connected and what needs an upload step.
